Your personal data will be kept for a maximum of 5 years. However, once this period has expired, NEINVER may keep such data, duly blocked, for as long as it continues to be necessary for the fulfilment of any obligations contained in the applicable regulations or until the statute on any liability vis-à-vis personal data processing activities has expired.

NEINVER plans to share your personal data with different entities. On the other hand, NEINVER could allow third parties that provide us with data processing services to access your personal data.

In addition, NEINVER informs you that you have certain rights in terms of data protection: the right to access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction and withdrawal of consent. Please note that there are some cases where we may not be able to grant your request. Furthermore, the withdrawal of consent does not mean that we will stop processing if we have another lawful basis for doing so.

You may exercise the above rights by sending an email to neinver@neinver.com. If your request does not meet the requirements of the applicable regulations, we may ask you to correct it.

Finally, we remind you that you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which you can contact by post at the following address: calle Jorge Juan, n. 6 (28001) Madrid; or by telephone at 912 66 35 17.
